What you’ll do
Redesign community moderation tools and high-volume spam detection dashboards
Conduct community interviews across diverse subreddit moderators and creators
Design scalable micro-interactions and dark-mode first mobile components
What you’ll bring
5+ years leading UX for social products, forums, or online communities
Expertise in design research, prototyping, and accessibility (WCAG AAA)
