We are looking for a skilled Odoo System Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, system configuration, and user training to ensure the effective implementation of Odoo ERP modules within our business operations.

Collaborate with local business teams (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain) to translate operational needs into Odoo modules.
Set up Odoo Core modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM, POS, HR) aligning with Myanmar business practices.
Write BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), SOPs, and test cases.
Manage User Acceptance Testing with end-users.
Deliver training in Burmese/English to local staff to ensure seamless adoption.
Act as a bridge between management and Odoo developers for custom module requests.
လိုအပ်သော အရည်အချင်းများ
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Accounting.
1 year of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation or system analysis.
Fluent in Burmese and professional working proficiency in English.
Solid knowledge of Business workflow mapping and core ERP concepts.
