We are looking for two female Odoo System Analysts to join our IT team. The successful candidates will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within the Odoo ERP environment. You will work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekends and public holidays off. Ferry service is provided.

Collaborate with local business teams including Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to translate operational needs into Odoo modules.
Set up Odoo Core modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM, POS, and HR, ensuring alignment with Myanmar business practices like local tax regulations and multi-currency.
Write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), SOPs, and test cases.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users.
Deliver training in Burmese and English to local staff to ensure seamless system adoption.
Act as a bridge between management and Odoo developers for custom module requests.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Accounting.
1 year of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation or system analysis.
Fluent in Burmese and professional working proficiency in English.
Solid knowledge of business workflow mapping and core ERP concepts.
