We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for IT Application Support to join our Microfinance company. The ideal candidate will oversee IT systems, database administration, and application support while providing technical leadership.

Manage and support IT systems and database administration.
Develop and maintain applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
Utilize SQL for database management and reporting.
Lead projects and ensure assignments are completed from start to finish.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Manage report generation and support mobile application technologies.
လိုအပ်သော အရည်အချင်းများ
Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
4-5 years of relevant experience in IT systems & Database Administration.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C# or equivalent OOP languages.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database techniques.
Strong project management skills (PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification is an advantage).
Knowledge of microfinance co-banking software systems.
Experience with report generating tools.
Sound knowledge of mobile technologies and applications.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
