Project Coordinator

About the role

GMO-Z.comACE Co., Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination, with a strong ability to manage schedules, communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, and support projects from initial planning through to successful completion. You will play a key role in ensuring project deliverables are met while identifying opportunities for workflow improvements.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate project schedules, plans, documentation, and deliverables.
• Communicate and follow up with clients and internal teams.
• Track project progress, timelines, and action items.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate project execution.
• Identify workflow issues and support automation improvement.
• Support smooth collaboration between clients and project teams.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or a similar role.
• Experience managing projects from planning to delivery.
